A Sacred Invitation to Wholeness

Whole-Centered Coaching for Life’s Kairos Moments

“Kairos” is an ancient Greek word for sacred timing – those rare and powerful moments when the door opens, and your life is ready to change.

At Kairos Pathways, we honor that moment. We are a coaching collective rooted in a deep belief: that transformation is possible when you engage the full spectrum of your being – spirit, soul, and body.

Our Mission

Kairos Pathways exists to guide individuals through the defining moments of their lives – offering clarity, courage, and support as they step into purpose, healing, and wholeness. We help clients recognize the sacred timing of change and walk beside them with intention through every meaningful transition.

Our Vision

To become a trusted sanctuary for those navigating life’s defining moments – where the human spirit is honored, wholeness is restored, and individuals are empowered to live with clarity, courage, and heart-centered purpose.
We envision a world where transitions are not feared but welcomed as sacred thresholds – and where healing, embodiment, and calling converge to awaken the leader within.

Our Philosophy

Kairos Pathways holds a holistic and faith-based view of human nature, believing every individual is uniquely created with equal value and inherent worth. Our philosophy emphasizes the integration of spirit, soul, and body—recognizing the spirit as the true self, the soul as the bridge of mind, will, and emotions, and the body as the vessel that reflects inner states. Coaching at Kairos Pathways focuses on helping clients align their Self-Image with their True-Image through compassionate, trauma-informed practices. Rather than offering diagnoses or fixes, our approach honors each person’s unique journey, empowering transformation through self-discovery, spiritual guidance, and whole-person healing.

Meet David F. Cowdery

I’ve spent more than thirty years walking with people through some of the most tender, complex, and life-defining moments they’ve faced. My path has taken me through many roles – as a lay pastor, employment coach, adult educator, and mentor – but my passion has always remained the same: to help others rise from their struggle and find a path toward clarity, healing, and purpose.

Though I’m not formally certified in counseling, I’ve spent over four decades offering peer-to-peer emotional support, spiritual mentorship, and compassionate care to individuals from all walks of life. My approach is grounded in lived experience, deep listening, spiritual insight, and the ability to make even the most complex ideas feel clear and empowering. Many have shared that I offer a perspective they hadn’t considered – often helping them see what’s been hidden beneath the surface.

At Kairos Pathways, I draw from my background in pastoral leadership, recovery support, adult education, and soul-centered guidance. I believe in a whole-person approach to coaching – one that honors the integration of spirit, soul, and body. My wife and I, as a team, support our clients with both experiential wisdom and clinical insight.

I don’t believe in fixing people – I believe in walking with them as they reconnect with the truth of who they already are. I’ve been called a teacher, a discerner, and a translator of difficult truths into everyday wisdom. My desire is simple: to spend the rest of my life helping people who want to be helped – with compassion, clarity, and heart.

Overview

  • A neuropsychology-based, integrative therapy designed to help clients emotionally regulate, reduce anxiety and stress, and restore well-being in life and relationships.

  • Rooted in the founder’s Neuropsychological Behaviouralism (NPB) theory, EIT guides individuals to acknowledge and process emotions rather than avoiding or becoming overwhelmed by them.

What EIT Offers

  • A self-paced online program comprising eight modules that teach participants how to calm various brain systems and then integrate them for lasting emotional balance.

  • Accessible through an online platform, and clients can opt to work with a certified coach or directly with Dr. Marie Filion.

How EIT Differs from Traditional Therapy

From Coping to Resolution

  • Traditional approaches often focus on managing symptoms. EIT goes beyond that—its aim is to eliminate anxiety and depression at their neurobiological roots.

Three-Tier Integration Model

  • Tier 1: Brainstem Foundation — Addresses threat detection, arousal regulation, attention filtering, and reward/motivation systems. Initiated through the 6Rs technique.

  • Tier 2: Limbic Coordination — Balances emotional processing and self-awareness. Helps keep “emotional thinking” below a 40% threshold for clarity.

  • Tier 3: Cognitive Integration — Fuses executive thinking with emotional insight, enhancing decision-making and resilience.

Measurable Progress

  • EIT uses objective neurosis scoring rather than subjective self-reporting. Goals typically include reducing neurosis levels to below 40%, ideally aiming for 25–30%.

Science-Backed Foundations

  • Developed from Dr. Marie Filion’s PhD research in developmental psychology, including a novel “Object Concepts” framework for human-environment relationships.

  • Recognizes that anxiety and depression are not fixed conditions but alterable brain activation patterns.

  • Integrates biblical metaphors—like the Parable of the Sower—to explain neuroplasticity and mental receptivity in transformation. “Shalom” (wholeness) is more than spiritual; it’s neurobiological.

Outcomes & Effectiveness

  • Internal clinical data shows substantial improvements in emotional well-being, reduced neurotic symptoms, and improved relational health—surpassing traditional CBT outcomes.
  • For many active participants, initial change is noticeable within two weeks, with dramatic improvements often occurring within two months.
  • Nearly 90% of clients who complete the full program experience significant improvement—especially those without complex trauma.
  • For clients with trauma, EIT lays crucial groundwork, making subsequent deeper trauma therapy more effective and lasting.

Training & Delivery Options

  • Available as a self-paced online course, ideal for flexibility and accessibility.

  • Clients work with coaches and can be referred to the designer of EIT, Dr. Marie Filion (psychologist) if further therapy is required.

  • Coaches are extensively trained, meeting weekly to collaborate, refine methods, and share success stories – ensuring a high standard of care and consistent improvements.

There comes a time when the old no longer fits, and the new is about to unfold.

Our Core Beliefs

At Kairos Pathways our core beliefs are:

  • Every person has equal value. There is no one who is superior or inferior to another.

  • Every person is special. Though we share some common traits with the rest of the human race, each of us are uniquely designed – and it’s this uniqueness that makes us special.

  • Using the analogy of a jigsaw puzzle: each piece is made of the same material, some share similar shapes, but every piece has a unique image on the topside. Every piece in the puzzle is needed to complete the puzzle and a missing piece diminishes the puzzle on the whole.

  • Each of us were given life by the Creator who made all things and without him nothing was made that has been made. The Creator designed us with traits that are common to every human, but with differences that make us a treasured piece of the puzzle of life.

  • The Creator takes an active rule in our lives to transform every aspect of our life to work it all out for good for our sake.

Our Makeup

At Kairos Pathways we believe that:

  • Every person is a synergy of spirit, soul, and body.

  • Each person is a spirit who lives in a body and has a soul.

  • Wholeness is achieved when we nurture all three aspects of our being. This integrated model empowers clients to restore balance and reclaim agency in their lives.

  • Our spirit is our true self and an inner compass, guiding us toward truth and higher awareness.

  • The soul carries our experiences, traumas, memories, and potential for growth and integration.

  • Our body carries our stories and responds to the current state of both our soul and spirit.

  • We believe that coaching should address transformation holistically and not symptomatically.

Computers and Humans

My computer, how I hate it. I wish that I could sell it!
It never does what I want it to … only what I tell it!

At Kairos Pathways, when it comes to computer and humans we believe that both share common and important qualities:

In computer terms, hardware is anything that can be touched, held, and handled.

Computer

Computers have motherboards, buses, ports, as well as internal and external devices. External devices are connected to the computer via ports that allow the computer to communicate with the external device. Internal devices reside inside the computer and are connected to the motherboard.

Human

We humans have organs, skeletal system, muscular systems, nervous system, endocrine system, sensory organs, and many other organs and systems that can be viewed via x-rays, CT Scans, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), Ultrasound, PET Scans, SPECT Scan, Endoscopy, Fluoroscopy, and Thermography.

In computer terms, software is anything that can’t be touched, held, and handled.

Computer

Operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux are system software that manage and coordinate all hardware and software on a computer. They rely on device drivers, which are specialized programs that enable communication between the OS and hardware components. Computers use a mechanism called interrupts to allow the CPU to efficiently manage and respond to tasks from various internal devices and external devices connected through ports, ensuring smooth operation and multitasking. When an interrupt occurs, such as a keystroke or network signal, the CPU temporarily halts its current activity to address the new task, often guided by the operating system’s interrupt handlers.

Human

The brain, nervous system, and endocrine system (to name a few) influence the activation or deactivation of genes within our DNA through signaling pathways such as hormones and neurotransmitters. Genes can be activated (“expressed”) or deactivated (“silenced”) depending on internal and external signals. Our DNA, therefore, can be seen as our organic operating system – storing the instructions that guide cellular function and behavior.

The endocrine system releases hormones into the bloodstream. These hormones are chemical messengers that: travel to target cells in different parts of the body, bind to specific receptors on or in those cells, and trigger internal responses including activating or deactivating certain genes.

Just as a computer without software is limited in function, a person who hasn’t discovered or developed their inner potential may never fully realize their unique role in the world. But when talents are awakened and skills are nurtured, people – like well-equipped computers – can operate with purpose, creativity, and impact.

Computer

Computers are inherently versatile machines, but their true functionality is unlocked through the use of software applications and apps. These programs expand the capabilities of a computer beyond basic operations, enabling it to serve as a word processor, a database manager, a photo editor, or even a video game console. Whether it’s creating documents, analyzing data, editing media, or engaging in interactive entertainment, applications act as specialized tools that give the computer purpose, direction, and task-specific utility. Without these programs, a computer remains a blank slate – powerful, but inert – awaiting instructions that shape its role in any given moment.

Human

In a similar way, each of us possesses unique talents, natural giftings, and learned skills that extend our ability to function and interact meaningfully with the world around us. Just as apps unlock a computer’s potential, these attributes shape how we express ourselves, solve problems, create, communicate, and grow. Some abilities are innate – like creativity, empathy, or physical coordination – while others are developed over time through education, life experience, and personal growth. Together, they equip us to fulfill diverse roles like teachers, artists, leaders, builders, caregivers, innovators, and beyond. These internal “capabilities” are not just enhancements – they define how we respond to our environment and contribute to the lives of others.

Just as software is invisible code that directs a computer’s behavior, our thoughts and beliefs are intangible forces that direct our biology – both shaping how the system functions from the inside out.

Computer

Software, though intangible, is the unseen force that governs a computer’s functionality. Composed of binary-coded instructions, it tells the CPU what to do, how to do it, and when to communicate with internal and external devices. While software can’t be physically touched or held, it shapes every aspect of how a system operates – organizing memory, managing files, rendering graphics, or controlling a printer. It is somatic in nature: an invisible architecture of logic that produces real, observable outcomes in the physical system. Just as an idea can spark movement in a human body, software acts as thought encoded – giving form and function to an otherwise inert machine.

Human

In a strikingly similar way, human thoughts and beliefs, while invisible, have the power to influence physical reality within the body, including the activation or deactivation of genes. Emerging research in epigenetics shows that mental and emotional states can alter gene expression by affecting hormonal and chemical signals in the brain and body. For instance, chronic stress or fear can trigger the release of cortisol, which influences immune response genes, while hope, gratitude, or love can promote neural growth and healing processes. These internal “software commands”, our patterns of thought, perception, and belief, act as instruction sets that tell our biological system how to respond, adapt, and even change. Though intangible, our mindset profoundly shapes our physical health and capacity, much like software shapes the operation of a machine.

Just as a user activates a computer’s function, the spirit activates the body and soul with purpose and life.

Computer

A computer, no matter how powerful or well-equipped it is, remains inactive and purposeless without a user. It cannot initiate tasks, make decisions, or apply its capabilities on its own. The user brings intent, direction, and interaction by choosing programs, inputting commands, and guiding the system’s function. In essence, the user brings life to the computer. Without a user, a computer is merely a silent machine and an expensive paperweight full of potential but void of any real purpose or motion.

Human

In the same way, the human body and soul (mind, will, and emotions) require the spirit to bring purpose, direction, and life. Our spirit is the real “us,” animating and guiding the human system from the spiritual realm into the physical. Without the spirit, the body remains lifeless, and the soul drifts without clear intent. It is the spirit that initiates action, gives meaning, and connects us to something far beyond physical existence … much like the user who gives a computer function beyond its hardware and software.

Our Soul

At Kairos Pathways we believe that:

  • Our souls consist of our mind, will, and emotions.

  • Our soul connects our spirit to our body.

  • Some components of our mind, will, and emotions are part of our spirit self while others are part of our physical self.

  • To the degree our mind, will, and emotions are in harmony with each other, will determine the degree of peace we’ll find in our soul.

  • The soul is the seat of our emotions, will, mind, and personality.

Our Self-Image

At Kairos Pathways we believe that:

  • Our self-image is a byproduct of the thoughts of our hearts.

  • The thoughts of our hearts are the thoughts we accept as the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
  • What we accepted as truths have shaped our self-image and therefore our view of ourselves and our place in this world.
  • Who we will be in the future will be determined by the thoughts we consider to be truths today.
  • Someone once said, “If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed”. This is a fact because the thoughts of our hearts are ideas or beliefs we meditate on because we hear them often.
  • As a result, not everything we believe is actually the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
  • As we seek for the actual truth, our self-image will change and move closer to our true-image in accordance to the new truths we claim.
  • This means, we can be anyone we want to be…if we’re willing to believe we can be that person.

True-Image vs Self-Image

At Kairos Pathways we believe that:

  • Each of us has a unique and treasurable True-Image. Our current Self-Image desires to fully reflect our True-Image.

  • Every person’s True-Image is unique, valuable, and to be treasured as it is beneficial to us, our community, and the world.

  • Because every person’s True-Image is unique, our desired paths in life will be just as unique.

  • There are many ways to find our True-Image, and each path will be unique. There may be many paths to a destination, but the path we need to follow will be unique to us.

  • The closer our Self-Image gets to our Ture-Image, the greater our peace and life satisfaction will be.

How We Bring This Philosophy to Life

At Kairos Pathways, these beliefs aren’t just concepts – they’re the foundation of how we care for our clients. Our coaching process is intentionally designed to honor the whole person. Every session holds space for the integration of spirit, soul, and body, recognizing that lasting transformation happens when all three are acknowledged, nurtured, and aligned. Whether we’re working through emotional blocks, life transitions, embodiment practices, or questions of purpose, we approach every moment with deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s path.

We weave this philosophy into everything we do. Our aim is not to diagnose or fix you, but to walk with you as you reconnect with your True-Image – the part of you that is already whole, wise, and deeply known. Using trauma-informed tools, mindful presence, and intuitive inquiry, we help you build resilience, recover clarity, and re-align your life with your deepest truth.

If you find yourself at a threshold – between what has been and what is yet to come – we welcome you. Here, you will be met with compassion, not judgment. Here, we trust the wisdom of your body, the courage of your heart, and the timing of your soul. Whenever you are ready, Kairos Pathways is here to help you walk your path – and lead with heart

Our Block System

At Kairos Pathways, we don’t talk in “hours.” Instead, we talk in “blocks” and Path Plans.”

Each block is 30 minutes.

1 block = 30 minutes of service
2 blocks = 1 hour
3 blocks = 1 hour and 30 minutes

This makes it easy to plan your journey and gives you flexibility with how you use your blocks. Your blocks are yours to use for any of the following:

  • Kairos Discovery Session (2 blocks)
  • Emotional Integrative Therapy (EIT) Coaching Session (1 block)
  • Kairos Threshold Session (3 blocks)
  • Kairos Companion Session (2 blocks of counselling)
  • Kairos Pathfinder Session (2 blocks of coaching)

The Emotional Integrative Therapy (EIT) course is normally £200, but the more hours you commit to, the greater the savings – and the deeper the transformation.

Session Structure

A typical session may include:

  1. Check-in → Noticing how you’re arriving.
  2. Focus → Clarifying what’s most important today.
  3. Exploration → Using dialogue, somatic practices, or reflective tools.
  4. Integration → Gathering insights and setting intentions or practices.
  5. Closing → Grounding and resourcing for after the session.

Every session is unique, but each is designed to support your growth, resilience, and alignment.

  • Emotional Integrative Therapy (EIT). A neurobiological framework for emotional healing and resilience.
  • Peer-to-Peer Counselling & Mentoring Over 30 years experience walking with others through life challenges.
  • Somatic Awareness/Mindfulness Practices Reconnecting body and mind.
  • Sacred Masculine/Feminine Integration Helping you balance strength and softness, purpose and flow.
  • Spiritual Exploration Space for reflection and purpose, held in spiritual neutrality.

  • Sessions are 1 block (30 minutes) for EIT course, 2 blocks (60 minutes) for both Kairos Companion and Kairos Pathfinder sessions, and 3 blocks (90 minutes) for Kairos Threshold sessions.
  • You will need to give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.
  • Sessions will be held via Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Block usage is calculated and registered for sessions already held or booked.

Our Personal Path Plan Options

With our Personal Path Options, the more blocks you commit to, the greater the savings – and the deeper the transformation. The savings you will receive will be applied to both our block rate and the cost for the Emotional Integrative Therapy (EIT) course.

Our current standard rate for the Emotional Integrative Therapy (EIT) course is £200.

At Kairos Pathways, we understand that every client’s financial situation and comfort level are different. That’s why we offer two flexible ways to invest in your own personal growth.

1. Personal Path Plan Purchase (Best Value for Certainty)
Plan Best For Blocks Plan

EIT

  • Price certainty: You know exactly what you’re paying.

  • Locked-in savings: Your block rate is protected even if our rates increase.

  • Commitment benefits: Paying upfront signals strong commitment, which often leads to better follow-through and results.

  • Simpler billing: No need to track per-session invoices — you’ve already paid.

  • Higher upfront cost: Requires a bigger payment at once.

  • Less flexibility: If life circumstances change, you may not use all your blocks. All blocks purchased remain active while you remain an active client.

Not ready to commit to a full plan? That’s okay. With our Progressive Block Purchase, you can buy blocks as you go. Each purchase moves you into a tier based on your total block pool.

  • Start small, then add more blocks later.
  • Your per-block cost adjusts depending on your total block pool.
  • This lets you spread out payments while still earning savings as you grow.
  • Perfect if you prefer small steps at your own pace, while still enjoying growing savings over time.

Example:

  • First, you buy 10 blocks (Starter Plan, 95%). All 10 blocks will be purchased at 95% of the regular block price.
  • Later, you wish to buy 22 more blocks.
  • If you were to purchase the 22 blocks, your total block pool would be 32 blocks.
  • Total block pool of 32 would move you into the Transformation Tier where the block price is only 80% of the regular block price.
  • Therefore: The 22 blocks you wish to purchased will be at only 80% of the regular block price for each of the 22 blocks.

Before purchasing blocks, it would be in your best interest to compare compare prices.

In the example above:

  • If you were to purchase only 20 more blocks instead of the 22, that would put you in the Growth Tier.
  • Block cost in the Growth Tier are at 90%.
  • That means the 20 blocks would cost you $1,080.00 (if the block price was $60.00/block).
  • Now if you purchase the 22 blocks as in the example above, that would put you in the Transformation Tier.
  • Block cost in the Transformation Tier are at 80%.
  • That means the 22 blocks would cost you only $1,056.00 (if the block price was $60.00/block).
  • By comparing the different prices: Purchasing the two additional blocks will save you $24.00 and you would gain two additional blocks in the process … something worth considering.

  • Low barrier to entry: Easier to start without a large upfront payment.

  • Flexibility: Pay only for the blocks you want at the time.

  • Fair discounts: The more you invest in yourself, the cheaper it becomes.

  • Trust building: You can “test the waters” without big risk.

  • Uncertain total cost: Harder to budget, since final cost depends on how many blocks you end up using.

  • Price risk: If our the block rate increases, your sessions cost more unless you buy upfront.

  • Adjustment: You may find the “discount applied” a bit confusing. As you progress bock costs will either remain at the same percentage rate or decrease.

Kairos Shared Path Plans

A burden shared is half the load and
a joy shared is twice the flight

by David F. Cowdery

At Kairos Pathways, we know that every journey is unique and the ability to follow a Kairos Pathway may be out of the financial reach of some. That’s why we encourage individuals, businesses, churches, ministries, or organizations to reach out to those who need help by offering the highest discount possible.

  • Highest Savings on Block Purchases: The purchase of blocks is determined by the Discount/Block rate for that Shared Path Plan:
    • For the Family and Group Shared Path Plans the discount rate is 35% and
    • For the Community Shared Path Plan, the discount rate is 40%.
  • Flexible Distribution: Blocks can be divided among multiple individuals. Blocks allotted to a Recipient will determine the Recipient’s Personal Path Plan.
  • For example:
    • An Owner purchases a Shared Path Plan and allots 8 blocks to Recipient(A), 20 blocks to Recipient(B), and 34 blocks to Recipient(C) then,
    • Recipient(A) receives a Starter Personal Path Plan, Recipient(B) a Growth Personal Path Plan, and Recipient(C) a Transformation Personal Path Plan.
  • Recipient’s Flow: Because each Recipient is an independent client, they will need to follow the flow of care. Please refer to the Flow of Care for the steps they will follow. This ensures that every Recipient receives all the same benefits and advantages as those who purchased a Personal Path Plan.
  • Tailored Use: Once the Recipient has completed the steps outlined in the Flow of Care, each Recipient can use their blocks however they wish — EIT Coaching, Kairos Companion, Kairos Pathfinder, or Kairos Threshold sessions.
  • EIT Eligibility: EIT course eligibility is based on the Personal Path Plan the Recipient has been given.
  • Shared Path Plan Owner Will be:
    • Family Shared Path Plan: Any individual who is designated by the family.
    • Group Shared Path Plan: Any individual who is selected by the group.
    • Community Shared Path Plan: Any representative for the organization.
  • Owner’s Responsibility: The Owner is responsible for administrating the Shared Path Plan. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Establishing the Shared Path Plan including purchasing blocks to initiate and maintain the Shared Path Plan,
    • Choosing Recipients to receive allotted blocks and supplying Kairos Pathways with the list of Recipients,
    • The distribution of blocks to the Recipients on the list,
    • Planning and scheduling of group sessions,
    • The purchase of the EIT course for any or all of the Recipients, and
    • Any other administrative functions necessary to maintain the Shared Path Plan.
  • How Recipients are Handled: Recipients are legal clients of Kairos Pathways. They have all the rights and privileges afforded any other client.
  • Information Given to the Owner: The only information about the Recipient Kairos Pathways will supply to the Owner is:
    • The email address of the Recipient (the client’s UserID),
    • The date and time the Recipient had a session with Kairos Pathways, and
    • The number of blocks used for the session.
    • The number of blocks allotted to the Recipient, and
    • The date and time the blocks were allotted to the Recipient.
  • Recipient’s Agreement: By agreeing to be a Recipient, and therefore a client of Kairos Pathways, each Recipient must agree that the information outlined in “Information Given to the Owner” will be supplied to the Owner of the Shared Path Plan while the Recipient still has unused allotted blocks. Once the Recipient has used up all their allotted blocks, no more information will be sent to the Shared Path Plan owner.

  • Maximize Value: Significant savings on coaching while reaching more individuals.
  • Financially Beneficial for Recipients: Because the blocks are purchased at a higher discount, clients who receive allotments reap the benefits of the lower cost/block.
  • For Example:
    • If a person were to purchase a Transformation Personal Path Plan, the discount would be 20%.
    • Now, if an Owner of a Shared Path Plan purchases 64 blocks, each block will be at a 40% discount.
    • If a Recipient receives an allotment of 32 blocks, then they have been given a Transformation Personal Path Plan.
    • Since each block was purchased at a 40% discount, this means the Transformation Personal Path Plans was “purchased” at a further 20% discount.
  • Flexible Support: Distribute blocks according to need — whether short-term help or long-term transformation.
  • Generous: Families, groups, churches, ministries, businesses, or organizations can help others by gifting or donating blocks to individuals who can use the help, but are unable to do it on their own.
  • Empower Others: Sponsor life-changing growth for your family, friends, members, clients, or your community.
  • Community Benefits: A stronger family, group, or community benefits all involved. Helping your community to grow fosters a better community and encourages peace over strife. Encourage resilience, healing, and clarity across your entire community.
  • Purchase Multiple EIT Courses: Personal Path Plans only allow for the purchase of one EIT course at a discount rate, but Shared Path Plans are allowed to purchase one EIT course for each of their Recipients.
    • The discount offered to purchase the EIT course is based on the amount of blocks allotted to the Recipient.
    • If a Recipients receives an allotment of 32 blocks, their own EIT course will be at 75%.

  • Owner: Any individual who assumes responsibility for the administration of the Shared Path Plan.
  • Block Pool: The total blocks purchased by the Owner.
  • Recipient: Any individual who has received an allotment of blocks.
  • Block Return: Blocks not used by a Recipient. For example: if a Recipient receives 16 blocks, but only uses 8 of those blocks, the remaining 8 blocks return to the Owner’s Block Pool. This ensures that the Owner only pays for blocks used and enables the Owner to reassign unused blocks as they wish.
  • Block Release: Blocks can be released back to the Owner in one of two ways:

    1. The Recipient may submit either an email or signed document to Kairos Pathways relinquishing their blocks back to the Owner or,
    2. The Owner may submit either an email or signed document to Kairos Pathways requesting that the remaining blocks from a specific Recipient be transferred back to the Owner’s Block Pool.
